Choosing the next President - Part 1

There seems to be a lot noise surrounding both the tickets these days. Noise drowns out the actual issues. It shifts focus from what is important. Sometimes it comes about on it's own and at times it is intentionally created by the political strategists. To cut through it all, I attempted to start from the ground up and decide what were the 3 most important issues for me (and likely the majority of the Nation). I came up with the following, in no particular order of importance:

1. The War in Iraq.
2. The Economy.
3. Global Warming.

In the upcoming blogs, I will post my analysis on each issue, what each candidate's position is and analyze how it may affect the way I'll vote.
